Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sehubungan dengan telah berakhirnya pelaksanaan konversi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan waran seri I Perseroan pada tanggal 06 Agustus 2024, berikut
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, ini kami sampaikan laporan hasil pelaksanaan konversi waran
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau seri I Perseroan dengan periode pelaksanaan sejak tanggal 07
Perusahaan Publik Februari 2024 - 06 Agustus 2024 dengan harga pelaksanaan
Rp 200 (nominal Rp 20) per waran sebagai berikut :
a. Jumlah waran yang diterbitkan 285.000.000
b. Jumlah pelaksanaan waran 8.164
c. Jumlah waran yang tidak dilaksanakan 284.991.836
Sehingga sisa dari waran seri I yang tidak dilaksanakan
sampai dengan tanggal 06 Agustus 2024 menjadi tidak
berlaku lagi.

facts towards Issuers or Public Warrant Series I on August 06 2024, below we submit a report
Company’s operational activities, legal, on the results of the conversion of the Company's Warrant
financial condition, or going concern Series I with the exercise period from February 07 2024 -
August 06 2024 with an exercise price of IDR 200 (nominal
IDR 20) per warrant as follows :
a. The number of warrants issued was 285,000,000
b. The number of warrants exercised was 8,164
c. The number of unexercised warrants was 284,991,836
So the remainder of the Warrant Series I which are not
exercised until August 06 2024 will no longer be valid.
