1. Perseroan dan PT Donggi-Senoro LNG (“DSLNG”) telah
menyepakati rancangan perjanjian jual beli LNG melalui
Master LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement (“MSPA") dan
Confirmation Memorandum pembelian satu (1) kargo LNG
bulan September 2024 (“CM September”).
The Company and PT Donggi-Senoro LNG (“DSLNG”)
have agreed on a draft LNG purchase agreement through
the Master LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement ("MSPA")
and the Confirmation Memorandum for the purchase of one
(1) LNG cargoes in September 2024 (“September CM").
2. Pada tanggal 8 Agustus 2024 Perseroan dan DSLNG telah
menandatangani kontrak payung pembelian LNG melalui
MSPA, serta menandatangani CM September untuk
rencana pembelian satu (1) kargo LNG pada bulan
September 2024 sebesar 135.000 m3 & 5 Yo toleransi
operasional setara 3.159.000 MMBTU & 5 Y6 toleransi
operasional
On August 8, 2024, the Company and DSLNG have signed
an umbrella contract for the purchase of LNG through MSA,
as well as signed a September CM for the plan to purchase
one (1) LNG cargo in September 2024 with volume 135,000
m3 t 5Y of the operational tolerance eguivalent to
3,159,000 MMBTU with & 5 Yo of the operational tolerance.
3. MSPA akan berakhir pada 31 Desember 2029. MSPA dapat
diperpanjang atau diakhiri lebih awal sesuai dengan
kesepakatan kedua pihak.
The MSPA will expire on December 31, 2029. The MSPA
can be extended or terminated earlier according to the
agreement of both parties.

Pada saat pelaporan, kontrak antara Perseroan dengan
DSLNG akan menambah pasokan gas hasil regasifikasi LNG
untuk area Jawa Barat, Sumatera Selatan dan Tengah
At the time of reporting, the contract between the Company and
DSLNG will add gas supply from LNG regasification for the
West Java, South and Central Sumatera areas.
