                                              The Establishment of Subsidiary by the Company's
 Type of Material Information or Facts        subsidiaries

 Description of Material Information or       The Company's indirect subsidiaries, namely PT Kalista Rotom
 Facts                                        Orbita ("KRO") and PT Kalista Nusa Armada ("KNA"),
                                              established a new subsidiary, PT Kalista Mobilitas Indonesia
                                              ("KMI"), domiciled in Jakarta. Such establishment was set out
                                              in Deed of Establishment No. 12 dated 8 September 2026,
                                              made before Ungke Mulawanti, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in East
                                              Jakarta, and has obtained approval from the Ministry of Law of
                                              the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-
                                              0072507.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2026 dated 8 September 2026.

                                              KMI will carry out business activities, among others, in (i)
                                              Motor Vehicle Rental and Leasing (KBLI 77100), (ii) Rental
                                              Transportation Services (KBLI 49295), (iii) Motor Vehicle
                                              Repair (KBLI 95311), (iv) Retail Trade of Used Motor Vehicles
                                              (KBLI 47812), (v) Advertising (KBLI 73100) and (vi) Trading of
                                              Carbon Units on Own Account (KBLI 64995).

                                              KRO and KNA are subsidiaries of the Company in which more
                                              than 99% of their shares are indirectly owned by the Company.

                                              Details of the shareholding structure of KMI are as follows:
