Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Keterbukaan Informasi kepada Pemegang Saham
(Keterbukaan Informasi) ini memuat informasi mengenai
rencana Perseroan untuk terkait kegiatan usahanya,
yaitupenambahan kegiatan usaha baru, yang harus
terlebih dahulu mendapat persetujuan Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Perseroan, sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam Pasal 22 ayat 1 butir (a) POJK 17/2020
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan yakin bahwa penambahan KBLI ini tidak memiliki
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak material terhadap kegiatan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan yang saat ini sudah berjalan,kinerja keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau posisi permodalan, dan likuiditas.

Melalui diversifikasi usaha ini, Perseroan berkeyakinan dapat
memberikan nilai tambah yang signifikan,
menjaga kualitas hasil pekerjaan, memastikan ketepatan

Presentation of the Summary Feasibility Study Report for the
Type of Material Information or Facts Proposed Addition of Business Activities of PT Benteng Api
Technic Tbk
Description of Material Information or This Information Disclosure to Shareholders (the Information
Facts Disclosure) contains information regarding the
Companys plan relating to its business activities, namely the
addition of new business activities, which must first
obtain approval from the General Meeting of Shareholders (the
GMS) of the Company, as referred to in Article
22 paragraph 1 item (a) of POJK 17/2020.
Impact of event, material information or The Company believes that the addition of these KBLI
facts towards Issuers or Public classifications will not have any material impact on
Company’s operational activities, legal, the Companys existing business activities, financial
financial condition, or going concern performance, capital structure, or liquidity.
Through this business diversification, the Company is
confident that it will be able to generate significant
added value, maintain the quality of work results, ensure timely
project execution, and deliver the best
services in accordance with the standards expected by
customers. Accordingly, this initiative also represents
a tangible manifestation of the Companys commitment to
consistently realizing its mission while at the same
time expanding its business sectors for long term sustainability
