Description of Material Information or Fact In relation to the Company's intention to change its status from a publicly listed company to a private company (“Go Private”) and delist its shares from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“Delisting”), on 5 August 2024, the Company has submitted an application to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”) to temporarily suspend trading of the Company's shares on the IDX through letter No. 045/CT/TN/VIII/2024 IDX has announced the temporary suspension of trading of the Company' shares on the IDX (that carried out in all markets) in accordance with the Company's reguest in the context of the Go Private and Delisting plan, starting from the 15t trading session on Wednesday, 7 August 2024 through letter No. Peng-SPT-00006/BEI.PP1/08-2024.
