Company Policy Regarding Employees
S-08 Does the company has a policy regarding sexual harassment and/or
Yes
non-discrimination?
PNM has a strict policy prohibiting all forms of sexual harassment in the workplace. As stipulated in Article
41 of the Violation Categories of the 2024-2026 PNM Company Regulations, sexual harassment is a serious
violation that can result in the termination of employment. This policy is implemented to create a safe,
professional work environment that respects the rights of every employee and ensures that all employees
can work without fear or intimidation.
S-09 Does the company has a policy regarding human rights? Yes
PNM has a specific policy related to human rights entitled the Company's Commitment to Human Rights
which was signed by the President Director and the Director of Human Capital on December 24, 2025. This
commitment complements the respect for human rights as stated in the Decree of the Board of Directors
Number SK-042/PNMDIR/VI/25 concerning the Code of Conduct, in Chapter III of the Company's Ethical
Norms, Number 18 PNM Responsibilities, letter e concerning Commitment to Environmental, Social, and
Governance Programs.
S-10 Does the company have a policy regarding child labor and/or forced
Yes
labor?
Child labor and forced labor are human rights violations that must be eliminated. In line with this spirit, PNM
clearly stipulates the minimum age limit for employees and working hours. For the minimum age of
employees, in accordance with Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child
Protection, the Company only employs employees who are at least 18 years old. Compliance with this
regulation is confirmed in the Company Regulations for the 2024-2026 Period, Article 4 point (2), which
states that one of the requirements for employee acceptance is having reached a minimum working age of
18 years.
S-11 Does the company have a company policy regarding occupational
health and safety as well as a safe working environment for all Yes
employees?
A decent, safe, and occupational health and safety (OHS) work environment is a crucial foundation for
PNM's operations. PNM believes that a safe and comfortable work environment allows employees to work
peacefully without worrying about the risk of accidents or occupational diseases. Therefore, in addition to
providing adequate work facilities for office employees, the Company also implements various protection
programs for employees working in the field. These programs include OHS training, risk mitigation
Page 17
strategies, emergency response procedures, and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as
needed, along with the provision of accident insurance for employees working outside the office.
As part of its efforts to create a decent and safe work environment while supporting OHS implementation,
the PNM Board of Directors issued Decree SK-031/PNM-DIR/IV/24 concerning the Establishment of the
Occupational Health and Safety Advisory Committee (P2K3). This decree outlines the OHS Team's
management structure, along with its duties and responsibilities, which serve as the foundation for managing
