Central, Hong Kong, dalam hal ini diwakili oleh Cui
Wei, sebagai Direktur, oleh karena itu sah dan
berwenang — mewakili Hengtong — Optic-Electric
International Co., Limited (“Pemberi Kuasa”),

(i) laporan setiap perkembangan pemenuhan
kewajiban pengalihan kembali saham milik Pemberi
Kuasa di PT Voksel Electric Tbk., dan (ii) laporan
kepemilikan dan setiap perubahan kepemilikan saham
milik Pemberi Kuasa di PT Voksel Electric Tbk.
-Untuk menjalankan kuasa ini Penerima Kuasa berhak
dan berwenang untuk melakukan setiap dan semua
tindakan yang berguna atau diperlukan untuk
mencapai maksud-maksud tersebut yang meliputi
namun tidak terbatas pada kewenangan untuk
menghadap otoritas-otoritas terkait, menerima tanda
terima laporan, mengadakan pertemuan dengan
instansi terkait, menyampaikan dokumen pendukung
terkait dan melakukan tindakan lainnya sepanjang
tidak melanggar hukum dan peraturan perundangan-
undangan yang berlaku.
Surat kuasa ini dibuat dalam versi Bahasa Indonesia
dan Inggris. Versi Bahasa Indonesia dari surat kuasa ini
akan mengatur, jika terjadi sengketa atau perselisihan
atau keragu-raguan.
Surat kuasa ini dan hak dan kewajiban dari para pihak
dalam surat kuasa ini diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan

company incorporated in and under the laws of
Hong Kong (company registration number 1918173)
whose head office is located at Room 2201-03, 22/F
World Wide House, 19 Des Voeux Road, Central,
Hong Kong, in this matter is represented by Cui Wei,
as Director, therefore authorized to represent
Hengtong Optic-Electric International Co., Limited
(“Authorizer"):
-herewith authorize with substitution rights to:
Sachje Amalia Siddharta, born in Manado, on July
25", 1971, Indonesian Citizen, resides in Jl. Kelapa
Sawit IX, Blok BG2/8, RT 009/RW 013, Pakulonan
Barat, Kelapa Dua, Tangerang, holder of Indonesian
ID Card of Banten Province, Number:
3603286507710002 ("Proxy"):
-To act for and on behalf of the Authorizer to make
and submit to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) or other
authorities, concerning: (i) report on any progress of
fulfiling the obligation to re-transfer the
Authorizer's shares in PT Voksel Electric Tbk., and ti)
report regarding the Authorizer's shareholding and
any changes of the Authorizer's shareholding in PT
Voksel Electric Tbk.
- To exercise this power, the Proxy has the right and
authority to carry out any and all actions that are
useful or necessary to achieve these purposes which
include but are not limited to the authority to
appear before the relevant authorities, receive
receipt of reports, hold meetings with related
government agencies, submit related supporting
documents and conduct other actions as long as
they do not violate the applicable laws and
regulations.
This power of attorney is made in Indonesian and
English language. The Indonesian language version
of this power of attorney shall govern in the event of
any dispute or ambiguity.
This power of attorney and the rights and obligations
of the parties hereunder shall be governed by and
