Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pemerintah Kabupaten Lamandau, Kalimantan Tengah secara
resmi meluncurkan Layanan Panggilan Darurat 112 yang
dapat diakses oleh Masyarakat, dipimpin oleh Pj Bupati
Lamandau, Lilis Suriani. Layanan ini bertujuan untuk
mempermudah masyarakat mengingat nomor dan
mempercepat penanggulangan keadaan darurat. Selain itu,
layanan nomor ini juga semakin mempermudah koordinasi
antar instansi terkait, dengan penekanan pada respon yang
cepat dan efektif . Dan PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. menjadi
penyedia dalam layanan tersebut.
Layanan Panggilan Darurat 112, merupakan wujud
implementasi Smart City melalui pilar Smart Government.
Dalam layanan ini, Pemerintah hadir melayani Masyarakat
dalam kondisi kedaruratan, yang berbasis elektronik. Selain
itu, layanan ini merupakan wujud dari pilar Smart Living,
karena Masyarakat akan semakin cerdas dalam kondisi
darurat, dengan menelpon 112. Penyelenggaraan Layanan
Nomor Tunggal Panggilan Darurat ini juga guna memenuhi
amanat dari Permenkominfo Nomor 10 Tahun 2016 tentang
Layanan Nomor Tunggal Panggilan Darurat.
Nomor Panggilan Darurat 112 juga telah terintegrasi ke nomor
kedaruratan lainnya, seperti 118/119 ambulance, 115 untuk
Basarnas, 129 untuk posko bencana alam, dll. Laporan
kedaruratan akan diterima oleh Agent 112 dan diproses dan
diteruskan untuk pengambilan tindakan oleh instansi terkait.
Dengan adanya 112, masyarakat dapat meminta bantuan
meskipun berada di area yang terisolasi, karena bebas pulsa
dan dapat dilakukan meskipun tidak ada sim card, atau
provider sedang dalam gangguan.

Lamandau, 3 Agustus 2024
The Lamandau Regency Government in Central Kalimantan
has officially launched the Emergency Call Service 112,
accessible to the public, led by Acting Regent Lilis Suriani.
This service aims to simplify the emergency number for the
public and expedite emergency response. Additionally, it
facilitates coordination among related agencies, focusing on
quick and effective responses. PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk.
has been appointed as the service provider for this initiative.
The Emergency Call Service 112 is a manifestation of the
Smart City concept through the Smart Government pillar. This
electronic-based service ensures that the government can
assist citizens in emergencies. It also represents the Smart
Living pillar, as the public becomes more informed about
emergency situations by dialing 112. The establishment of this
single emergency call number is also in compliance with the
Ministry of Communication and Informatics Regulation No. 10
of 2016 regarding Single Emergency Call Service.
The 112 Emergency Call Number is integrated with other
emergency numbers, such as 118/119 for ambulance services,
115 for search and rescue (SAR), 129 for disaster response
posts, and more. Emergency reports will be received by Agent
112, processed, and forwarded for action by the relevant
agencies. With 112, the public can request assistance even in
isolated areas, as it is toll-free and accessible even without a
SIM card or during provider disruptions.
