Facts Regulation Number 35/POJK.04/2014 regarding Corporate
Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies, the Company has
replaced Mr. Fuad Nugraha as the Corporate Secretary of PT
Telefast Indonesia Tbk., effective until July 31, 2024, and
appointed Ms. Ika Christyana to carry out the duties as the
Corporate Secretary of PT Telefast Indonesia Tbk., effective
from August 1, 2024.
