Response to the Indonesian Stock Exchange Letter No. S-06309/BEI.PP2/05-2026 dated 25 May 2026 regarding the Reguest for Explanation Dengan Hormat/ Dear Sir, Sehubungan dengan surat permintaan penjelasan Bursa Efek Indonesia No. S-06309/BEI.PP2/05-2026 tanggal 25 Mei 2026 , maka tanggapan kami sebagai berikut : In connection with the letter reguesting an explanation from the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. S- 06309/BEI.PP2/05-2026 dated May 25, 2026, our response is as follows: 1. Sehubungan dengan rencana Pemerintah terkait penerbitan PP Tata Kelola Ekspor Sumber Daya Alam, bagaimana Perseroan menyikapi rencana atas penerapan PP Tata Kelola Ekspor Sumber Daya Alam tersebut? In connection with the letter reguesting an explanation from the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. S- 06309/BEI.PP2/05-2026 dated May 25, 2026, our response is as follows: Tanggapan : Perseroan akan mematuhi peraturan dan ketentuan yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah, termasuk Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) tentang Tata Kelola Ekspor Sumber Daya Alam ketika berlaku efektif. Response : Company will abide to rules and regulation issued hy the Government, including the Government Regulation on the Natural Resource Export Governance when effective. 2. Dalam hal terdapat pendapatan/penjualan ekspor dari Perseroan, agar disampaikan dampak yang dapat terjadi bagi Perseroan atas rencana tersebut, antara lain: In the event that the Company generates export revenue/sales, please state the potential impacts that may rise for the Company from the said plans, among others: 'Tanggapan/Response: Perseroan tidak menghasilkan pendapatan/penjualan ekspor/ The Company does not generate export revenue/sales. a.
