PT Bumi Resources Tbk. (“BUMI” or “The Company”) confirms the summarized Financial Statements for
1H’2024. The detailed Financials with notes are already available on IDX and BUMI websites.
Attached for your information are:
a) The Income Statement for First Half 2024 is PSAK 111 compliant ie specifically excludes KPC which is
equity accounted (Appendix 1).
b) The Consolidated Income Statement 1H-2024, including KPC, is highlighted below for benefit of
investors and compared YOY (Appendix 2).
c) Operating Metrics of the BUMI on full basis for 1H-2024 (YOY) are attached (Appendix 3).

ESG Updates
❖ BUMI Wins Best Sustainability Report Award 4 Times in a Row with A+ Score from FIHRRST.
The award was conferred online by the Foundation for International Human Rights Reporting Standard
(FIHRRST) at the launch of Sustainability Report Study Results event on June 4th, 2024.
❖ BUMI Awarded 4 Prestigious Emission Reduction Awards by Investor Trust & BGK.
BUMI received two highest awards, namely Green Elite and Gold Plus. KPC was conferred two awards, namely
Green Elite and Silver Plus. The Green Elite Award is an award category that shows transparency in reducing
corporate emissions, while Gold Plus and Silver Plus show transparency in calculating corporate emissions.
❖ BUMI Group Conferred 5 More Top Awards - 3 for Best CSR #Star 4, Leadership Commitment &
Sustainability and Arutmin 2 for Best CSR #Star 4, Leadership Commitment by Prestigious Top Business
Magazine. The event bearing the theme “CSR & ESG Innovation Programs for Sustainable Business Growth”
was held by Top Business Magazine or MSI Group at Raffles Hotel Jakarta, Wednesday (29/5).
Based on the assessment criteria, BUMI succeeded in being conferred three awards at once, namely TOP CSR
Award #Star 4 2024, TOP Leader CSR Commitment 2024, and TOP CSR Special Awards 2024 in the field of
community-based waste management assistance carried out in the last 3 years in Kebalen, Bekasi Regency.
Meanwhile, BUMI’s subsidiary, Arutmin, was conferred two awards, namely TOP CSR Award #Star 4 2024 for
the Satui Mine and TOP Leader on CSR Commitment 2024. The 4 (four) Star rank means systems, policies, with
the Company's CSR being implemented at a very remarkable level that has supported sustainable business growth
strategy.
❖ BUMI Group Wins 9 Best Awards at Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Village Development
Awards 2024 Conferred by Vice President of The Republic of Indonesia at The Westin Hotel Jakarta, Tuesday
(7/5).
Arutmin’s awards for all operational areas won 5 (five) Gold awards, namely:
a. Asamasam Mine with the Wanda Permata (Permata Empowered Women) program,
b. Kintap Mine with the Kokimantera Empowerment program (Kintap Mandiri Sejahtera Cooperative) Realizing
Village Economic Equality and Sustainability,
c. Satui Mine with the BUM Desa Bersama Bintang Lima program,
d. Batulicin Mine with the Kasturi PPM Center Training Center program, and
e. Senakin Mine through the Tanah Rata Village Community-Based Economic Potential Development Program
Towards an Independent Village.
KPC awards include 2 Gold awards, 1 Silver award, and 1 Excellent award, as follows:
a. Wanita-Wanita Tangguh Hadirkan Iklim Teduh (Resilient Women provide a calm climate) – located at North
Sangatta District, received Gold award.
b. Semangat Kampung Beragam untuk Dapatkan Cintanya Alam - The Spirit of Various Villages to Get the Love
of Nature – located at North Sangatta District, received Gold award.
c. Digitalisasi Layanan PAMDes Lejitkan Kinerja BumDesa (Digitalization of PAMDes services boosts
BumDesa's performance) – located at Tepian Makmur Village, Rantau Pulung District, received Silver award,
and
d. Local Hero, in the name of Rahmad Hidayat Optimization of BumDesa through the work of Village youth -
Director of BUMDESA Makmur Sejahtera – located at Tepian Makmur Village, Rantau Pulung District,
received the Excellent award.
❖ BUMI Recognized Amongst Top 7 Corporate Taxpayers in Indonesia for 2023 by Director General Taxation.
This event was attended by Director General of Taxes, Mr. Suryo Utomo and opened by Head of the Kanwil DJP,
Mr. Irawan on 23 April in Jakarta.

❖ BUMI’s Subsidiary, Arutmin, Wins Two Muri Records for Pioneering Health Campaigns and Community
Sports.
The award was conferred by Osmar Susilo as Director of MURI to Ido Hutabarat as Director of BUMI and Chief
Executive Officer of Arutmin (25/3) at the Elite Club Rasuna Epicentrum, Kuningan, South Jakarta.
❖ BUMI Cited as Top ESG Rating & Example of Human Rights Implementation by Indonesian Government at
UN Annual Session. In the dialogue session held at Palais Wilson, Geneva, Switzerland (20 Feb 2024), BUMI
was said to have succeeded in increasing its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) score significantly
thanks to Human Rights Due Diligence based on The United Nations Guiding Principles (UNGP) on Business
and Human Rights and Business and Human Rights Risk Assessment (PRISMA) organized by the Indonesian
Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
