In order to comply the provisions of the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Jakarta Indonesia Stock Exchange Number: Kep-00015/BEN/01-2021, January 29, 2021 Number -E concerning Obligations to Submit Information (III.1.1.4), the Company hereby submits an explanation of change more than 2096 in the Total Assets and/or Total Liabilities of PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk in the Interim Financial Statements for the Period of June 30", 2024 (Unaudited). Dengan ini kami sampaikan penjelasan sebagai berikut : Bahwa Laporan Keuangan Interim PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk periode 30 Juni 2024, terjadi perubahan atau kenaikan lebih dari 206 pada pos total liabilitas dibandingkan periode 31 Desember 2023. Total liabilitas Perseroan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 22”o atau sebesar Rp29.339.867.474,- dari Rp135.465.428.175 (per 31 Desember 2023) menjadi Rp164.805.295.649,- (per 30 Juni 2024) yang sebagian besar disebabkan karena peningkatan utang bank. The company's total liabilities increased by 2246 or Rp29,339,867,474 from Rp135,465,428,175 (as of December 31, 2023) to Rp164,805,295,649 (as of June 30, 2024), mainly due to an increase in bank debt.
