Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 perihal Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, serta Pasal 18 ayat 7.a Anggaran Dasar Perseroan, dengan ini, saya yang bertandatangan di bawah ini, dalam kapasitas sebagai Presiden Direktur Perseroan karenanya bertindak. untuk dan atas nama Direksi Perseroan, memutuskan: Memberhentikan dengan hormat Inessa Anjani dari jabatan selaku Sekretaris Perusahaan Perseroan dan selanjutnya menunjuk dan menugaskan Ike Andriani selaku Sekretaris Perusahaan Perseroan yang baru dengan tugas sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor. 35/POJK.04/2014. Keputusan ini efektif sejak tangga 29 Juli 2024. Considering the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 12 June 2017 No. IJP-BOD-001-VI-2017 and considering the Financial — Services — Authority — Regulation — No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies jo. Decree of the Board of Directors — of PT Bursa — Efek — Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BE1/09-2022 regarding Amendment to Regulation Number I-E regarding Obligation to Submit Information, as well as Article 18 paragraph 7.a of the Company's Articles of Association, I, the undersigned, in my capacity as President Director of the Company and therefore acting for and on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, hereby decide: Honorably discharge Inessa Anjani from her position as Corporate Secretary of the Company and subseguently appoint and assign Ike Andriani as the new Corporate Secretary of ihe Company with duties in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number: 35/POJK.04/2014.
