Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material ADCP berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Unaudited Triwulan II
Tahun 2024, ADCP meraih kinerja yang baik pada
pertengahan tahun 2024 ini. Pendapatan Usaha ADCP
sebesar Rp184,2 miliar. Perolehan pendapatan ini didukung
dari beberapa sumber bisnis yang dikembangkan oleh ADCP.
Kontribusi terbesar berasal dari Bisnis Properti termasuk hasil
dari Kerjasama Operasi (KSO) sebesar 67,7%. Di samping
pendapatan Bisnis Properti, kontribusi lain juga berasal dari
pendapatan Hotel dan Pengelolaan Bisnis Komersial yang
berkontribusi sebesar 32,3%. Pengelolaan Hotel dan Bisnis
Komersial sebagai recurring income ADCP akan terus
dikembangkan agar terus bertumbuh dan memberikan porsi
kontribusi yang terus meningkat baik terhadap pendapatan
maupun laba ADCP ke depan.

DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS
Description of Material Information or ADCP based on the Unaudited Financial Report for the
Facts Second Quarter of 2024, ADCP achieved good performance in
the middle of 2024. ADCP's operating revenue amounted to
Rp184.2 billion. This revenue was supported by several
business sources developed by ADCP. The largest
contribution came from the Property Business including the
results of the Joint Operation (KSO) of 67.7%. In addition to
Property Business revenue, other contributions also came from
Hotel revenue and Commercial Business Management which
contributed 32.3%. Hotel and Commercial Business
Management as ADCP's recurring income will continue to be
developed in order to continue to grow and provide an
increasing portion of the contribution to both ADCP's revenue
and profit going forward.
