Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan hormat,
Memenuhi peraturan POJK/NO.31/POJK.04/2015 tentang
Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik Yang Harus Segera Diumumkan Kepada
Publik dan Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan ini kami
sampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 26 Juli 2024, PT. Batavia
Prosperindo Internasional, Tbk. (Perseroan) telah menerima
pendapatan deviden untuk tahun buku 2023 dari entitas
asosiasi Perseroan, yaitu PT. Batavia Prosperindo Finance,
Tbk. (BPFI) sebesar Rp. 3.165.007.388,-
BPFI adalah entitas asosiasi yang sahamnya dimiliki oleh
Perseroan sejumlah 325.618.044 lembar saham atau 12,18%
kepemilikan atas BPFI.
Demikian Keterbukaan Informasi ini disampaikan, guna
memenuhi ketentuan peraturan perundangan di bidang pasar
modal yang berlaku. Atas perhatian dan kerjasamanya, kami

In accordance with POJK/NO.31/POJK.04/2015 regarding
Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public
Company that Should be Announced to the Public Immediately
and the Bursa Efek Indonesia Regulations, we hereby inform
that on 26 July 2024, PT. Batavia Prosperindo Internasional,
Tbk. (Company) has received dividend income for the financial
year 2023 from the Company's associated entity, PT. Batavia
Prosperindo Finance, Tbk (BPFI) amounting to Rp.
3,165,007,388.-
BPFI is a subsidiary whose shares are owned by the Company
in the amount of 325,618,044 shares or 12.18% ownership of
BPFI.
Thus, we convey this Disclosure of Information, in order to
comply with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations
