Pada tanggal 26 Juli 2024, Perseroan telah menandatangani
Perubahan Perjanjian Kredit sehubungan dengan penambahan
Fasilitas Kredit Investasi III dan Kredit Investasi IV dengan BCA.
Adapun atas hal tersebut, uraian penambahan fasilitas yang
diterima Perseroan adalah sebagai berikut:/

On July 26, 2024, the Company signed an Amendment to the
Credit Agreement in connection with the addition of Investment
Credit Facility III and Investment Credit IV with BCA. As for that
matter, the description of the additional facilities received by the
Company is as follows:
