Rencana Pelaksanaan PMTHMETD yang dilakukan dalam
rangka selain perbaikan posisi keuangan, Perseroan mengikuti
ketentuan sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-
undangan di bidang pasar modal, khususnya POJK No.14
Tahun 2019 Manfaat Pelaksanaan PMTHMETD
Meningkatkan struktur permodalan Perseroan
Jumlah saham beredar Perseroan akan bertambah, sehingga
akan meningkatkan likuiditas perdagangan saham Perseroan
Perseroan dapat mengundang investor-investor strategis yang
berminat untuk berinvestasi.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan adanya sejumlah saham baru yang dikeluarkan dalam
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan rangka PMTHMETD, bagi Pemegang Saham Perseroan akan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, mengalami penurunan (dilusi) kepemilikan saham secara
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau proporsional sesuai dengan jumlah saham baru yang
Perusahaan Publik dikeluarkan yaitu sebanyak-banyaknya sebesar 9,09%
(sembilan koma nol sembilan persen).

Plan for the Implementation of the PMTHMETD, which is
conducted not only to improve the Company financial position
but also to comply with the provisions set forth in capital
market regulations, particularly POJK No. 14 of 2019 Benefits
of Implementing the PMTHMETD

thereby enhancing the liquidity of the Company share trading
