Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam semangat perayaan Hari Pelanggan Nasional yang
jatuh pada 4 September, Perseroan resmi membuka toko ke-
1.400 di Indonesia dan semakin mengukuhkan posisinya
sebagai peritel perlengkapan rumah tangga terbesar di Tanah
Air. Kehadiran Perseroan di 1.400 lokasi ini sejalan dengan
komitmen Perseroan untuk terus hadir semakin dekat dengan
pelanggan di seluruh Nusantara.
Pencapaian 1.400 toko sekaligus menegaskan konsistensi
Perseroan dalam menjalankan rencana ekspansi 2026 sesuai
target. Tahun ini, Perseroan menargetkan pembukaan paling
tidak 270 toko baru. Hingga Agustus 2026, jaringan Perseroan
telah membuka 177 toko baru dan menjangkau 445 dari 514
kota dan kabupaten di 37 dari 38 provinsi, termasuk di area
tier 3 seperti Kabupaten Sorong Selatan, dan Kabupaten
Buton Tengah. Sepanjang Juli dan Agustus 2026, total
sebanyak 27 toko yang dibuka berada di luar Pulau Jawa.

Press Release - MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia Officially Reached 1,400
Type of Material Information or Facts Stores, 2026 Expansion Remains on Track
Description of Material Information or In conjunction with National Customer Day momentum on 4
Facts September, the Company officially opened its 1,400th store in
Indonesia and further strengthens its position as the largest
home goods retailer in the country. The presence of the
Company across 1,400 locations reflects its continued
commitment to strengthening its proximity to customers and
expanding its reach across the archipelago.
The achievement of 1,400 stores also affirms the consistency
of the Company in implementing the 2026 expansion plan
according to the target. This year, the Company targets to
open at least 270 new stores. As of August 2026, the
Company has opened 177 new stores and reached 445 out of
514 cities and regencies in 37 of 38 provinces, including in tier
3 areas such as South Sorong Regency, and Central Buton
Regency. Throughout July and August 2026, a total of 27
stores were opened outside Java.
