Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan rencana Perseroan untuk merubah
status dari perusahaan terbuka yang tercatat menjadi
perusahaan tertutup (Go Private) dan melakukan pembatalan
pencatatan efek (Delisting) dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)
setelah memperoleh persetujuan dari pemegang saham dan
melakukan penyelesaian proses penawaran tender sukarela.
Perseroan telah mengajukan permohonan kepada BEI untuk
menghentikan sementara perdagangan saham Perseroan
melalui surat No. 0038/CS/MASA/VII/24 tanggal 25 Juli 2024.
Selanjutnya, pada tanggal 26 Juli 2024 BEI telah
mengumumkan penghentian sementara perdagangan saham
Perseroan. Sebagaimana yang disampaikan pada
Pengumuman BEI melalui surat No. SPT-00002/BEI.PP2/07-
2024, penghentian sementara perdagangan efek Perseroan
terhitung sejak sesi pertama perdagangan efek pada hari
Jumat tanggal 26 July 2024.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penghentian sementara perdagangan saham Perseroan tidak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berdampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,

Temporary shares suspension trading related to Go Private
Type of Material Information or Facts and Delisting plans
Description of Material Information or In connection with the Companys plans to change its status
Facts from a publicly listed company to a private company (Go
Private) and delisting its securities (Delisting) from the
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) after obtaining the necessary
shareholders approval and the completion of the voluntary
tender offer process. The Company has submitted a request to
the IDX to temporarily suspend the trading of the Companys
shares through letter No. 0038/CS/MASA/VII/24 dated 25 July
2024.
Subsequently, on 26 July 2024, IDX announced the temporary
trading suspension of the Companys shares. As stated in the
IDX Announcement through letter No. SPT-00002/BEI.PP2/07-
2024, the temporary suspension trading of the Companys
shares is effective from the first session of securities trading on
Friday, 26 July 2024.
