Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description on the information or Material Facts Perseroan menginformasikan bahwa Laporan Keuangan Interim Konsolidasian Perseroan untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal 30 Juni 2024 (“Laporan Keuangan Juni 2024”) akan dilakukan proses audit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja, guna mengantisipasi rencana aksi korporasi Perseroan dan/atau anak perusahaan Perseroan yang membutuhkan audit atas Laporan Keuangan Juni 2024. The Company would like to inform that its Interim Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ended on 30 June 2024 (“Financial Statements of June 2024”) will be audited by Public Accountant Firm Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja, anticipating the proposed corporate actions which reguire the Financial Statements of June 2024 to be audited. Sehubungan dengan ketentuan pada Angka 11l.1.1.5.1.1 dan Angka 1!l.1.1.5.2 Peraturan IDX No. I-E, yang mengatur bahwa batas waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan interim yang diaudit oleh Akuntan Publik disampaikan paling lambat pada akhir bulan ketiga setelah tanggal laporan keuangan interim dimaksud, dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa Laporan Keuangan Juni 2024 akan kami sampaikan kepada BEI dan OJK selambat- lambatnya pada tanggal 30 September 2024. In connection with the Article 11.1.1.5.1.1 and Article 11.1.1.5.2 of the IDX Regulation No. I-E, which stipulates that the deadline for submitting interim financial statements audited by a Public Accountant is carried out no later than the end of the third month after the date of such interim financial statements, we hereby inform that the Financial Statements of June 2024 will be submitted to IDX and OJK no later than 30 September 2024. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik / The impact of such event, information or material facts towards operational activities, legal, financial condition, or business continuity of the Issuer or Public Company Informasi atau fakta material yang diungkapkan tidak memiliki dampak negatif yang material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. The disclosed information or material facts does not have a negative material impact to the operational, legal, financial condition or continuity of the Company's business.
