ditunjuk Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Tanudiredja, Wibisana,
Rintis & Rekan (firm anggota jaringan
PricewaterhouseCoopers Global) sebagai KAP yang akan
mengaudit laporan keuangan Perseroan untuk Tahun Buku
2024.
2. Berdasarkan surat KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan :
-Nomor OL202405290030/LLS/MJW tanggal 29 Mei 2024
perihal Perubahan Nama Kantor Akuntan Publik Tanudiredja,
Wibisana, Rintis & Rekan;
-Nomor OL202407220025/LLS/MJW tanggal 22 Juli 2024
perihal Konfirmasi Atas Perubahan Nama Kantor Akuntan
Publik (KAP) yang kami terima pada tanggal 24 Juli 2024,
disampaikan bahwa :
a. KAP Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis & Rekan telah berubah
nama menjadi KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan.
b. KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan tetap merupakan KAP
yang sama dan tidak terdapat perubahan pada komposisi

Facts Shareholders for the Financial Year 2023 (AGMS) of PT Bank
Syariah Indonesia Tbk (the Company) on May 17, 2024, the
Company has appointed the Public Accounting Firm (KAP)
Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis & Rekan (a member firm of the
PricewaterhouseCoopers Global network) as the KAP that will
audit the Company's financial statements and other reports for
the Financial Year 2024.
2. Based on the letter of KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto &
Partners :
-Number OL202405290030/LLS/MJW dated May 29, 2024
regarding the Change of Name of the Public Accounting Firm
Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis & Partners;
-Number OL202407220025/LLS/MJW dated July 22, 2024
regarding the Confirmation of the Change of the Name of the
Public Accountant (KAP) received by the Company on July 24,
2024, it was conveyed that :
a. KAP Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis & Rekan has changed its
name to KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan.
b. KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Partners remain the same
KAP and there is no change in the composition of the Public
Accountant.
c. KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Partners continue to operate
as members of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Global (PwC)
network of companies.
