Merujuk pada Peraturan OJK Nomor 14/POJK.04/2022 tentang Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Berkala Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik, dan Peraturan Bursa Nomor I-E Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, ketentuan butir III.1.1.5 tentang batas waktu penyampaian Informasi Laporan Keuangan Interim. Maka
dengan ini kami menyampaikan bahwa Laporan Keuangan Tengah Tahunan Perseroan untuk periode yang berakhir
tanggal 30 Juni 2024 sedang dalam proses audit yang dilakukan oleh KAP Mirawati Sensi Idris. Sehubungan dengan hal
tersebut, Perseroan akan menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan dimaksud kepada OJK dan Bursa sesuai dengan
ketentuan yang berlaku, yaitu selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 30 September 2024.

Smartfren Telecom Tbk will submit Second Quarter Financial Statement for the 2024 fiscal year, which will be Audited
by Public Accountant.
Other Information
Referring to OJK Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2022 regarding Submission of Periodical Financial Statement of Issuer or
Public Company and IDX Regulation No. I-E Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 regarding Information Submission Obligation,
provision III.1.1.5 regarding time limit of Interim Financial Statement submission. Herewith we inform that the Financial
Statement of the Company for the period ended June 30, 2024 is being audited by Public Accountant Office Mirawati
Sensi Idris. Therefore, the Company will submit the Financial Statement to OJK and IDX in accordance to the prevailing
provisions, which is at the latest by September 30, 2024.
