nama PT Katalis Investama Mandiri (KIM). Pendirian KIM telah
dinyatakan di dalam Akta Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas
Nomor 55 tanggal 16 Juli 2024 yang dibuat di hadapan Ungke
Mulawanti S.H., M.Kn., dan telah mendapatkan pengesahan
pendirian dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia
Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusannya Nomor: AHU-
0052935.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2024 tanggal 17 Juli 2024.
KIM didirikan sebagai perusahaan sub-holding untuk
menunjang strategi jangka panjang Perseroan di bidang
lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola atau ESG.

Facts Katalis Investama Mandiri (KIM). Establishment of KIM has
been stated in Deed of Establishment of a Limited Liability
Company Number 55 dated 16 July 2024 and drawn up before
Ungke Mulawanti S.H., M.Kn., and has been approved by the
Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of
Indonesia through his Decree Number: AHU-
0052935.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2024 dated 17 July 2024.
KIM was established as a sub-holding company to support the
long-term strategy of the Company in environmental, social,
and governance sector or ESG.
