Establishment of KIM has been stated in Deed of Establishment ofa Limited Liability Company Number 55 dated 16 July 2024 and drawn up before Ungke Mulawanti S.H., M.Kn., and has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through his Decree Number: AHU-0052935.AH.01.01. TAHUN 2024 dated 17 July 2024. KIM was established as a sub-holding company to support the Company's long-term strategy in environmental, social, and governance sector or ESG.
