pr AKR corporindo Tbk 3 | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 12 Juli 2024, PT Andahanesa Abadi berkedudukan di Jakarta Barat (“AA”), anak perusahaan Perseroan, telah menandatangani akta peningkatan modal dasar serta modal ditempatkan dan disetor, menjadi sebagai berikut: Modal Ditempatkan dan Modal Disetor - Semula : Rp. 355.950.000.000,- - - Menjadi : Rp. 356.449.000.000,- , Adapun peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor AA tersebut sejumlah Rp. 499.000.000,- diambil bagian serta disetor penuh seluruhnya oleh Perseroan. Dana yang diperoleh AA akan digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan usaha AA dan/atau untuk permodalan anak-anak perusahaan AA. Other Description This Transaction is not a Material Transaction as defined in OJK Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 regarding Material Transactions and Change of Business, and constitute an affiliate transactions as defined in OJK Regulation Number 42/POJK.04/2020 of Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions.
