Jenis Informasi Atau Fakta Material/Type of Material Information or Facts Perseroan dan Entitas Anak Perseroan yaitu Impack Vietnam Company Ltd telah menandatangani Perjanjian Hutang Piutang Nomor No: 047/IP-LEGAL/VII/2024 tanggal 16 Juli 2024, mengenai pemberian pinjaman dengan jumlah maksimal sebesar USD 500.000 (lima ratus ribu dolar Amerika Serikat). The Company and the Company's Subsidiary, namely Impack Vietnam Company Ltd, have signed a Loan Agreement Number: 047/IP-LEGAL/VII/2024 dated July 16, 2024, regarding the provision of a loan with ad maximum amount of USD 500,000 (five hundred thousand United States dollars). Informasi Lain-lain/Other Informations Impack Vietnam Company Ltd merupakan entitas anak dari Perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham oleh Perseroan sebesar 1004 (seratus persen). Impack Vietnam Company Ltd is a subsidiary of the Company with 1004 (one hundred percent) share ownership by the Company. Demikian kami sampaikan, apabila terdapat perbedaan penafsiran terhadap isi laporan dan/atau informasi antara Bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris, maka yang berlaku adalah Bahasa Indonesia.
