In order to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 30/POJK.04/2015 concerning Realization Report on the Use of Proceeds from a Public Offering, herewith we submit a Realization Report on the Use of Proceeds from a Public Offering of PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk for the period ending June 30", 2024. Dana hasil penawaran umum jenis efek saham sudah terpakai seluruhnya per 31 Desember 2023. Sehingga, pada periode pelaporan Juni 2024, Perseroan tidak melaporkan realisasi penggunaan dana hasil penawaran umum jenis efek saham. Untuk realisasi penggunaan dana waran seri I hasil konversi saham sudah terpakai seluruhnya seperti tercantum pada lampiran. The proceeds from the public offering of shares had been fully used as of December 31", 2023. Therefore, in the June 2024 reporting period, the Company did not report the actual use of funds tom the public offering of stock securities.
