Menindaklanjuti Surat Bursa Efek Indonesia No. S-06176/BEI.PP2/05-2026 tanggal 22 Mei 2026 perihal
Permintaan Penjelasan Atas Pemberitaan di Media Massa ("Surat Bursa”), dengan ini PT Bank Central
Asia Tbk (”BCA”), menyampaikan hal-hal sebagai berikut:
1. Pemberitaan dalam media Bloomberg Technoz sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Surat Bursa telah
memuat klarifikasi BCA terkait berita adanya kebocoran data BCA. Dengan ini, BCA mengonfirmasi
bahwa informasi kebocoran data tersebut TIDAK BENAR. BCA telah melakukan investigasi
menyeluruh dan memastikan TIDAK ADA kebocoran data dari sistem BCA. BCA memastikan
bahwa data nasabah tetap aman.
2. BCA selalu melakukan pengamanan data dengan menerapkan strategi dan standar keamanan berlapis,
serta mitigasi risiko yang diperlukan untuk menjaga keamanan data dan transaksi digital nasabah. BCA
senantiasa mengimbau nasabah untuk selalu berhati-hati terhadap oknum yang mengatasnamakan BCA
dan berbagai modus penipuan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui data nasabah. BCA mengingatkan agar
nasabah tidak membagikan data pribadi perbankan yang bersifat rahasia seperti BCA ID, password,
One Time Password (OTP) dan Personal Identification Number (PIN) kepada siapapun. Nasabah juga
diharapkan mengubah PIN dan password secara berkala.
Selain itu, dapat kami sampaikan juga bahwa informasi atau fakta di atas tidak memiliki dampak material
terhadap kelangsungan usaha BCA.

The media report on Bloomberg Technoz, as referred in the Stock Exchange Letter, included BCA's clarification regarding data breach news at BCA. BCA hereby reaffirms that this data breach information is FALSE. BCA has conducted a thorough investigation and confirmed that there has been NO data breach from BCA's systems. BCA ensures that customer data remains secure. 2. BCA consistently safeguards data by implementing multi-layered security strategies and standards, as well as the necessary risk mitigation measures to ensure the security of customer data and digital transactions. BCA continuously urges customers to remain vigilant against individuals impersonating BCA and various fraud schemes aimed at obtaining customer data. BCA remind customers not to share confidential banking information such as their BCA ID, password, One- Time Password (OTP), and Personal Identification Number (PIN) with anyone. Customers are also encouraged to change their PINs and passwords regularly. In addition, we also would like to note that the information or facts above have no material impact on BCA's business continuity.
