Sheet terkait rencana pengambilalihan Perseroan,
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa calon pengendali baru
dan PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia Tbk serta Bapak
Agus Susanto selaku penjual telah sepakat secara bersama-
sama untuk memperpanjang jangka waktu Term Sheet
sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2026.
Perpanjangan jangka waktu Term Sheet tersebut dilakukan
karena proses pembahasan dan negosiasi terkait rencana
transaksi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Term Sheet masih
berlangsung. Perpanjangan tersebut dimaksudkan untuk
memberikan waktu yang memadai bagi para pihak untuk
melanjutkan pembahasan dan negosiasi terkait rencana
transaksi dimaksud.

February 2026 in connection with the signing of the Term
Sheet regarding the proposed acquisition of the Company,
the Company hereby informs that the new prospective
controller and PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia Tbk
together with Mr. Agus Susanto as the seller have mutually
agreed to extend the term of the Term Sheet until 31
December 2026.
The extension of the Term Sheet is made because the
discussion and negotiation process regarding the proposed
transaction as contemplated under the Term Sheet is still
ongoing. The extension is intended to provide adequate
time for the parties to continue the discussion and
negotiation regarding the proposed transaction.
