Pengalihan akan dilaksanakan dalam 3 Tahap
selama tahun 2024-2026. Sisa saham Buyback
akan dijual kembali ke pasar saham sesuai
dengan harga yang telah ditentukan oleh
peraturan yang
berlaku.

through letter No.027/L-AKR-CS/2024 on March
20 2024, it was announced that the Company had
plan to transfer some of the buyback shares
through Management and Employee Shares
Ownership Program (MSOP Program). The
transfer will be executed in 3 stages during 2024-
2026 according to the attached information.
The remaining Buyback shares will be sold back
to stock market according to the price determined
by applicable regulations.
