Sehubungan dengan permintaan penjelasan dari PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“BEI"), sebagaimana disampaikan dalam
surat elektronik BEI Nomor: SS-07072/BEI.PP3/07-2024 tanggal 10 Juli 2024 Perihal Permintaan Penjelasan Atas
Volatilitas Transaksi Efek, maka dengan ini dapat kami sampaikan informasi atas permintaan penjelasan tersebut,
yaitu sebagai berikut/In connection with the reguest for clarification from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (“IDX”), as
conveyed in IDX electronic mail Number: SS-07072/BEI.PP3/07-2024 dated July 10, 2024 regarding the Reguest for
Explanation of the clarification on Securities Transaction Volatility, we hereby provide the information reguested, as

Number 31/POJK.04/2015 conceming Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies?

Perseroan sampai saat ini tidak memiliki informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat
mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada
publik/The Company up to this point does not have any other material information/facts/significant events that
could affect the Company's securities prices and the Company's continuity which have not been disclosed to
the public.
