Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem - IJE (Weave) anak usaha
dari Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk - Surge (WIFI.JK) resmi
mencatatkan emisi obligasi perdana senilai Rp 600 Milyar di
Bursa Efek Indonesia. IJE berfokus melakukan ekspansi
infrastruktur telekomunikasi dan mengembangkan ekosistem
digital di Indonesia yang handal dan terjangkau. Adapun dana
yang terkumpul dalam penerbitan obligasi ini sebagian besar
digunakan untuk pengeluaran modal (capital expenditure)
untuk perluasan infrastruktur konektivitas, dan sebagian
kecilnya untuk memperkuat modal kerja Perseroan. Obligasi
IJE mengalami kelebihan permintaan (oversubscribed) dalam
gelaran penawaran umum Obligasi I Integrasi Jaringan
Ekosistem Tahun 2024. IJE terus mempersiapkan diri dalam
menghadapi potensi lonjakan kebutuhan konektivitas di masa
yang akan datang dimana era transformasi digital akan terus
tumbuh seiring dengan transformasi ekonomi.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penerbitan Perdana Obligasi I IJE Tahun 2024 akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan memberikan dampak positif dalam mendukung kebutuhan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pendanaan Perseroan, percepatan pengembangan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau infrastruktur telekomunikasi Perseroan, dan kinerja
Perusahaan Publik fundamental yang lebih baik ke depan.

ACCELERATE TELECOMMUNICATION INFRASTRUCTURE
EXPANSION
Description of Material Information or PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem - IJE (Weave), a subsidiary of
Facts Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk - Surge (WIFI.JK) officially listed its
initial bond issuance worth IDR 600 billion on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange. IJE focuses on expanding
telecommunications infrastructure and developing a reliable
and affordable digital ecosystem in Indonesia. The funds
raised collected in this bond issuance are mostly used for
capital expenditure (capital expenditure for the expansion of
connectivity infrastructure, and a small portion to strengthen
the Company's working capital. working capital of the
Company. IJE's bonds were oversubscribed in its public
offering of the 2024 Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem I Bonds. IJE
continues to prepare itself in facing the potential surge in
connectivity needs in the future where the era of digital
transformation will continue to grow along with economic
transformation.
Impact of event, material information or The Initial Issuance of IJE Bonds Year 2024 will have a
