INTEGRASI JARINGAN EKOSISTEM (IJE), A SUBSIDIARY OF SURGE (WIFI),
OFFICIALLY ISSUED 600 BILLION BONDS TO ACCELERATE TELECOMMUNICATION
INFRASTRUCTURE EXPANSION


Jakarta, July 5, 2024 - PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem - IJE (Weave), a subsidiary of Solusi
Sinergi Digital Tbk - Surge (WIFI.JK) officially listed its initial bond issuance worth IDR 600 billion
on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. IJE focuses on expanding telecommunications infrastructure and
developing a reliable and affordable digital ecosystem in Indonesia. The funds raised collected in this
bond issuance are mostly used for capital expenditure for the expansion of connectivity infrastructure,
and allocate the remaining funds to bolster the Company's working capital. IJE's bonds were
oversubscribed in its public offering of the Bond I Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem 2024. IJE continues to
prepare itself in facing the potential surge in connectivity needs in the future where the era of digital
transformation will continue to grow along with economic transformation.

IJE currently operates 7,000 km of large-capacity fiber optic backbone infrastructure along the railways
and other routes in Java. The Company has also invested in provision of large capacity bandwidth of
up to 64,000 Gbps. And in supporting Cloud Computing activities in the future, the Company has also
built and operated 58 Edge Data Centers (EDC) spread across various cities in Java, which can still be
increased to 592 locations in Java. Currently, the Company's Edge Data Center has also been used by
Cloud Providers for Content Delivery Network (CDN) solutions. The Company's entire digital
ecosystem that supports each other is expected to benefit 25 million households in Java Island which
can have an impact on the development of the digital economy going forward.

IJE through its parent company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Nokia, in which
Nokia will support the Company's end to end connectivity technology needs supported by Artificial
Intelligent, Machine Learning, Automation, and User Experience Development to realize 25 million
home connections in the next 3 years. This collaboration is also expected to have an impact on the
development of the world of education, supporting distance learning, the development of essential
digital skills. learning, developing essential digital skills that will prepare the younger generation to
improve the nation's in improving the nation's intelligence and prosperity.

As is known, Pertamina Gas Negara has also collaborated with the Company in the Development of
Gas Pipeline Networks and Provision of ICT Services for the Household and Commercial Sectors for
2.5 million households. Both parties have officially signed the Key Term Sheet which is the main points
of the Cooperation Agreement. This cooperation is expected to accelerate the expansion of gas network
to the home and provide added value to gas network services to prospective customers in the form of
affordable internet subscription services so as to increase the economic value of the gas network project.

On the other hand, the Company has also completed the first phase of building 200,000 homepasses for
local ISPs (Internet Service Providers). This achievement is an important milestone for IJE in expanding
its infrastructure network throughout the region. With the completion of the homepass construction, it
is expected to have a big and positive impact on the Company's revenue in the future. The Company is
also currently finalizing cooperation with operators in building 1 million Fixed Broadband homepass
in the next 1 year.

Collaboration with various strategic parties is the Company's focus in accelerating the achievement of
the Company's vision. The Company has also established a strategic partnership with Qualcomm
Technologies, Inc since 2023 to develop a digital ecosystem in Indonesia through the development of
devices supported by Qualcomm's latest technology, aiming to support the Company's vision of
providing affordable connectivity to the entire community.

Infrastructure development through this Bond issuance will strengthen IJE's position as a key player in
the telecommunications industry. Currently PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem has around 200 partners
and clients with good reputation in the telecommunication industry including NTT Indonesia, Starlink
Indonesia, My Republic, Lightstorm, Huawei Cloud, Qualcomm, BDDC, Trans Hybrid
Communication, Pertamina Gas Negara, and others. With all the development, collaboration, and
integration of the entire digital ecosystem, the Company is ready to become the backbone of
connectivity that supports digital transformation in Indonesia and provides added value to the national
economy.
