Pada tanggal 8 Juli 2024 Perseroan menerima surat pengunduran diri dari Bapak Adikin Basirun SE selaku Komisaris Independen Perseroan. Pengesahan atas pengunduran diri Anggota Dewan Komisaris terkait akan dilakukan pada saat Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham terdekat yang akan dilaksanakan oleh Perseroan. Dalam hal terdapat perbedaan penafsiran informasi yang diumumkan dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia, maka informasi yang digunakan sebagai acuan adalah informasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Chief Executive of the Capital Market Supervisory Dear Sir/Madam, We hereby disclose to report an Information or Material Fact of PT Multi Garam Utama Tbk (“The Company”), as stipulated in POJK No. 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding Board of Directors and Board of Commisioners of Issuers or Pubblic Company and POJK No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies as follows : The Disclosure Information regarding the resignation of Members of the Board of Commissioner. On July 8, 2024, The Company received resignation letters from Mr. Adikin Basirun as Independent Commissioner of the Company. Ratification of the resignation of Members of the Board of Commissioner will be carried out at the nearest General Meeting of Shareholders to be held by the Company. In the event there is any difference between Interpreting the information notified in the English language and the Indonesian language, the Indonesian language will be used as a reference of information.
