                                           Perseroan karena Perseroan harus menyelesaikan
                                           kewajibannya kepada ATP sebagaimana dimaksud dalam
                                           Perjanjian Penyelesaian, dalam waktu 6 (enam) bulan setelah
                                           penandatanganan Amandemen Pertama atas Perjanjian
                                           Penyelesaian.

                                           3.       Dampak terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan:
                                           Penandatanganan Amandemen II (Kedua) Perjanjian
                                           Pinjaman Bridging dan Amandemen Pertama atas Perjanjian
                                           Penyelesaian antara Perseroan dengan ATP saat ini tidak
                                           berdampak pada kondisi keuangan Perseroan, namun
                                           nantinya penyelesaian kewajiban pada ATP akan berdampak
                                           pada perbaikan posisi keuangan Perseroan.

                                           4.       Dampak terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan:
                                           Pelaksanaan dari penyelesaian kewajiban yang diatur dalam
                                           Perjanjian Penyelesaian antara Perseroan dengan ATP
                                           nantinya akan berdampak positif terhadap kelangsungan
                                           usaha Perseroan.

                                              Disclosure of Information on the Signing of the Second
 Type of Material Information or Facts        Amendment to the Bridging Loan Agreement and the First
                                              Amendment to the Settlement Agreement between PT Darma
                                              Henwa Tbk and PT Andhesti Tungkas Pratama
 Description of Material Information or       On July 8, 2024, the Company signed the Second Amendment
 Facts                                        to the Bridging Loan Agreement with its creditor, PT Andhesti
                                              Tungkas Pratama (ATP). Furthermore, on July 9, 2024, the
                                              Company and ATP also signed the First Amendment to the
                                              Settlement Agreement, which stipulates an extension of the
                                              time for the Company to fulfill its obligations to ATP as stated
                                              in the Settlement Agreement, for a period of 6 (six) months
                                              from the date the First Amendment to the Settlement
                                              Agreement was signed

                                              ATP as stated in the Settlement Agreement, within 6 (six)
                                              months after the signing of the First Amendment to the
                                              Settlement Agreement.

                                              3. Impact on the Company's financial condition:
                                              The signing of the Second Amendment to the Bridging Loan
                                              Agreement and the First Amendment to the Settlement
                                              Agreement between the Company and ATP currently does not
                                              impact the Company's financial condition, but eventually,
                                              fulfilling the obligations to ATP will positively impact the
                                              Company's financial position.

                                              4. Impact on the Company's business continuity:
                                              The implementation of the obligation fulfillment as stipulated in
                                              the Settlement Agreement between the Company and ATP will
                                              eventually have a positive impact on the Company's business
                                              continuity.
