The Company shall distribute cash dividends from the net profit for the 2025 financial year in the total amount of

Five Hundred Rupiah), based on the number of shares outstanding as of the recording date, such that each
Shareholder shall receive Rp75 (Seventy-Five Rupiah) per share.
