Bahwa Otoritas Jasa Keuangan telah memberikan persetujuan atas penilaian kemampuan dan kepatutan terhadap Bpk. Kim Ki Joo berdasarkan : Salinan Keputusan Anggota Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. KEPR-82/D.03/2026 tanggal 13 Mei 2026 tentang Hasil Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan Sdr. Kim Ki Joo sebagai Komisaris Non Independen PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk, Bahwa Direksi Perseroan telah menerbitkan Surat Keputusan Direksi No, 0SI/KEP-DIR/HC.II/V/2026 tanggal 19 Mei 2026 tentang Pengangkatan Sdr Kim Ki Joo Sebagai Komisaris PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk. Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut diatas, bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa: Bpk. Kim Ki Joo telah efektif menjabat sebagai Komisaris Perseroan terhitung sejak tanggal 19 Mei 2026. Par PT. obtaining the OJK (fit and proper test) and having fulfilled all
provisions of applicable laws and regulations and set out in d

That the Financial Services Authority has given approval for the fit
and proper test of Mr. Kim Ki Joo based on:
Copy of Decision of the Members of the Board of Commissioners of
the Financlal Services Authority Nu. KEPR-82/D.03/2026 dated
May 13, 2026 concerning the Results of the Fit and Proper
Assessment of Mr. Kim Ki Joo as a Non-Independent Commissioner
Of PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk,
That the Company's Board of Directors has issued Board of Directors
Decree No. 051/KEP-DIR/HC.II/V/2026 dated May 19, 2026
concerning the Appointment of Mr. Kim Ki Joo as Commissioner of PT
Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk.
Based on the foregoing, we hereby state that:
Mr. Kim Ki Joo has effectively served as President Director af the
Company as of May 19, 2026.
