Informasi Lain
Berdasarkan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan tanggal 8 Mei 2024, telah disetujui
perubahan penggunaan dana hasil Penawaran Umum Terbatas VI Perseroan terkait belanja modal yang sebelumnya
sebagaimana tercantum dalam Prospektus dalam rangka PUT VI sebagai berikut:
Sebelumnya:
Sekitar 8,5% akan digunakan untuk belanja modal Perseroan, antara lain untuk renovasi dan ekspansi toko, serta
pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi termasuk pengembangan platform omni-channel dengan perkiraan
sebagai berikut:
Sekitar 5 toko lama yang akan direnovasi dan sekitar 17 toko baru yang akan dibuka yang terletak di beberapa
daerah di Jawa maupun luar Pulau Jawa, dengan perkiraan biaya sekitar Rp68.750.000.000 (Enam Puluh Delapan
Miliar Tujuh Ratus Lima Puluh Juta Rupiah). Toko-toko baru yang akan dibuka tersebut berbasis sewa.
Biaya yang diperkirakan untuk pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi termasuk pengembangan platform
omni-channel adalah sebesar Rp6.250.000.000 (Enam Miliar Dua Ratus Lima Puluh Juta Rupiah).
Menjadi:
Sekitar 8,5% akan digunakan untuk belanja modal Perseroan, antara lain untuk renovasi dan ekspansi toko, serta
pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi termasuk pengembangan platform omni-channel dengan perkiraan
sebagai berikut:
Sekitar Rp68.750.000.000 akan digunakan untuk merenovasi toko-toko lama dan membuka toko-toko baru yang
terletak beberapa daerah di Jawa maupun luar Pulau Jawa. Toko-toko baru yang akan dibuka tersebut berbasis
sewa.
Biaya yang diperkirakan untuk pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi termasuk pengembangan platform
omni-channel adalah sebesar Rp6.250.000.000.

Other Information
Based on the Resolution of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated May 8, 2024, the changes
in the use of proceeds from the Company's Limited Public Offering VI related to capital expenditures as previously
stated in the Prospectus in the framework of the Limited Public Offering VI were approved as follows:
Previously:
Around 8.5% will be allocated for the Company's capital expenditure, including renovation and expansion of stores,
as well as development of information technology infrastructure including the development of omni-channel platform
as follows:
Approximately 5 existing stores will be renovated and about 17 new stores will be opened in various areas in Java
and outside Java, with an estimated cost of around Rp68,750,000,000. The new stores to be opened will be leased.
The estimated cost for the development of information technology infrastructure including the development of an
omni-channel platform is Rp6,250,000,000.
Amend to:
Around 8.5% will be allocated for the Company's capital expenditure, including renovation and expansion of stores,
as well as development of information technology infrastructure including the development of omni-channel platform
as follows:
Approximately Rp68,750,000,000 will be used to renovate existing stores and open new stores located in various
areas in Java and outside Java. The new stores to be opened will be leased.
The estimated cost for the development of information technology infrastructure including the development of an
omni-channel platform is Rp6,250,000,000.
