                                       ANNOUNCEMENT
                                      To the Shareholders of
                              PT Sentul City Tbk (the “Company”)


Notice is hereby given to the shareholders of the Company that the Company will hold an Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders (“Meeting”) on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, and the Notice of
Meeting will be issued on June 8, 2026.


In accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 15/POJK.04/2020
dated April 20, 2020, regarding the Plan and Implementation of the General Meeting of
Shareholders of Public Companies, Article 52, the Announcement Media and Language of the GMS
for Public Companies whose shares are listed on the Stock Exchange must be conducted through
the e-GMS provider website, the Stock Exchange website, and the Public Company’s website.


Those entitled to attend the Meeting are:


   1. For the Company's shares that have not been placed in the KSEI Collective Custody:
       Shareholders whose names are recorded in the Register of Shareholders on Friday, June 5,
       2026, until 16:00 BBWI.
   2. For the Company's shares held in the KSEI Collective Custody: Only account holders or
       authorized account representatives whose names are recorded as Company shareholders in
       the securities account of the Custodian Bank or Securities Company and in the Company’s
       Register of Shareholders on Friday, June 5, 2026, until 16:00 BBWI, specifically prepared
       for this Meeting.


Shareholders may propose meeting agenda items in writing to the Board of Directors of the
Company by complying with the provisions of Article 16 of the Financial Services Authority
Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020 regarding the Plan and Implementation of the General Meeting of
Shareholders of Public Companies.
