                                              The Establishment of Subsidiary by the Company's
 Type of Material Information or Facts        subsidiaries

 Description of Material Information or       On 6 May 2026, the Company's subsidiaries, namely PT
 Facts                                        Ilectra Motor Group ("IMG") and PT Electra Distribusi
                                              Indonesia ("EDI"), established a new subsidiary, PT Electra
                                              Jaringan Indonesia ("EJI"), domiciled at Jakarta. Such
                                              establishment was set out in Deed of Establishment No. 11
                                              dated 6 May 2026, made before Ungke Mulawanti, S.H., M.
                                              Kn., Notary in East Jakarta, and has obtained approval from
                                              the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-
                                              0037535.AH.01.01 dated 11 May 2026. The approval was
                                              received by the Company on May 20, 2026.

                                              EJI will carry out business activities, among others, in (i)
                                              Distribution or Electricity Distribution Services for medium- to
                                              low-voltage electricity (KBLI 35113); and (ii) Retail Sale of
                                              Electricity to End Consumers (KBLI 35114).

                                              IMG and EDI are subsidiaries of the Company in which more
                                              than 99% of their shares are indirectly owned by the Company.

                                              Details of the shareholding structure of EJI are as follows:
