Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa:
1. Pada tanggal 11 Mei 2026, Perseroan telah menerima
Keputusan Anggota Dewan Komisaris OJK Nomor KEPR-
79/D.03/2026 tentang Hasil Penilaian Kemampuan dan
Kepatutan Sdri. Emilya Tjahjadi sebagai Calon Direktur
Wholesale Banking PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk yang
menyatakan bahwa Sdri. Emilya Tjahjadi telah memenuhi
persyaratan dan disetujui untuk menjadi Direktur Perseroan;
dan
2. Pada tanggal 13 Mei 2026, Perseroan telah menerima
Keputusan Anggota Dewan Komisaris OJK Nomor KEPR-
69/D.03/2026 tentang Hasil Penilaian Kemampuan dan
Kepatutan Sdr. Linus Ekabranko Windoe sebagai Calon
Komisaris Independen PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk, yang
menyatakan bahwa Sdr. Linus Ekabranko Windoe telah
memenuhi persyaratan dan disetujui untuk menjadi Komisaris
Independen Perseroan;
sebagaimana dituangkan dalam Akta Pernyataan Keputusan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan Nomor
13 tanggal 18 Mei 2026, yang dibuat oleh Titik Krisna Murti
WH, SH, MKn, Notaris Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, dan
saat ini sedang dalam proses pengurusan pemberitahuan
perubahan data Perseroan kepada Menteri Hukum Republik
Indonesia, sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam Surat Keterangan
dari Kantor Notaris Titik Krisna Murti WH, SH, MKn, Nomor
33/V/2026 tanggal 18 Mei 2026, yang salinannya terlampir
pada Surat ini.

Type of Material Information or Facts Composition of Members of the Board of Commissioners and
Board of Directors of PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk (the
Company)
Description of Material Information or We would like to inform that:
Facts 1. On 11 May 2026, the Company has received the Decision of
the Board of Commissioners of OJK Number KEPR-
79/D.03/2026 regarding Fit and Proper Test Result of Mrs.
Emilya Tjahjadi as Candidate of Wholesale Banking Director of
PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk which stipulate that Mrs. Emilya
Tjahjadi has meet requirement and approved to be Director of
the Company; and
2. On 13 May 2026, the Company has received the Decision of
the Board of Commissioners of OJK Number KEPR-
69/D.03/2026 regarding Fit and Proper Test Result of Mr.
Linus Ekabranko Windoe as Candidate of Independent
Commissioner of PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk which
stipulate that Mr. Linus Ekabranko Windoe has meet
requirement and approved to be Independent Commissioner of
the Company;
as stipulated into the Deed of Statement of Resolution of the
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company
Number 13 dated 18 May 2026 which was made by Titik
Krisna Murti WH, SH, MKn, Notary in Administrative City of
South Jakarta, and currently is in the process of submitting the
notification of changes to the Company data to the Minister of
Law of the Republic of Indonesia, as described in the
Statement Letter issued by the office of Tituk Krisna Murti WH,
SH, MKn, Notary, Number 33/V/2026 dated 18 May 2026, a
copy which is attached to this Letter.
