PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
WARAN TERSTRUKTUR:
RAJADRCM6A & RAJADRCQ6A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (“RAJA”) pada tanggal 13 Mei 2026,
Perseroan akan melakukan Aksi Korprorasi berupa Stock Split di mana 1 (satu) saham lama menjadi
5 (lima) saham baru (rasio 1:5), sehingga nilai nominal saham Perseroan akan berubah dari sebesar
Rp25 (dua puluh lima Rupiah) per lembar saham menjadi Rp5 (lima Rupiah) per lembar saham.
Penyesuaian terhadap waran terstruktur tersebut akan berlaku sesuai jadwal sebagai berikut:

ANNOUNCEMENT
TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
RAJADRCM6A & RAJADRCQ6A
Referring to the disclosure of information by PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (“RAJA”) dated May 13th, 2026, the
Company will undertake a Corporate Action in the form of a Stock Split, whereby 1 (one) existing share
will be split into 5 (five) new shares (ratio 1:5). Consequently, the nominal value of the Company’s
shares will change from IDR 25 (twenty-five Rupiah) per share to IDR 5 (five Rupiah) per share.
Adjustments to the structured warrants will be implemented in accordance with the following schedule:
