Bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa penawaran tender sukarela yang
akan dilakukan oleh PT Suwarna Arta Mandiri (“SAM”) telah mendapatkan
pernyataan efektif dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) pada 28 Juni 2024.
Informasi ini telah diumumkan oleh SAM di Harian Ekonomi Neraca dan
Koran Jakarta pada tanggal 1 Juli 2024.
We hereby inform you that the voluntary tender offer that will be conducted
by PT Suwamna Arta Mandiri (“SAM”) has received an effective statement
from the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) on 28 June
2024. This information has been announced by SAM in Harian Ekonomi
Neraca and Koran Jakarta on 1 July 2024.
