Putra Utama Makmur Tbk yang telah diselenggarakan pada
tanggal 21 Juni 2024, bersama ini PT Dua Putra Utama
Makmur Tbk ("Perseroan") menginformasikan bahwa
Pemegang Saham menyetujui untuk mencabut pemberhentian
sementara Sdr. Cahyo Prabowo sebagai Direktur Operasional
Perseroan. Sehingga terhitung sejak telah diselenggarakannya
RUPS tersebut yakni 21 Juni 2024 maka Sdr. Cahyo Prabowo
berhak menjalankan pengurusan Perseroan guna kepentingan
perseroan sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan Perseroan serta
berhak mewakili Perseroan di dalam maupun diluar
pengadilan. sehingga susunan Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi
Perseroan adalah sebagai berikut:

Results of the GMS Decision regarding the Temporary
Type of Material Information or Facts Dismissal of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Dua
Putra Utama Makmur Tbk
Description of Material Information or In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 and Article 11
Facts POJK Number 33/POJK.04/2024 concering the Board of
Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public
Companies as well as the Result of GMS Decision states in
the Notarys Statement Letter and PPAT Dr. R. Djoko Setyo
Hartono Widagdo SE, MM, SH, MKn number 109/Not/VI/2024
informed that the Shareholders agreed to revoke the
temporary dismissal of Mr. Cahyo Prabowo as the Companys
Operational Director. So, starting from the time the GMS was
held, namely June 21 2024. Mr. Cahyo Prabowo has the right
to carry out the management of the Company in the interest of
the company in accordance with the companys aims and
objectives and has the right to represent to Company inside
and outside the court.
So the Company Board of Commisioners and Director is as
