                                           Companies as well as the Results of GMS Decisions stated in
                                           the Notary's Statement Letter and PPAT Dr. R. Djoko Setyo
                                           Hartono Widagdo SE, MM, SH, MKn number
                                           109/Not/VI/2024 informed that the Shareholders agreed to
                                           revoke the temporary dismissal of Mr. Cahyo Prabowo as the
                                           Company's Operational Director. So, starting from the time the
                                           GMS was held, namely June 21 2024, Mr. Cahyo Prabowo has
                                           the right to carry out the management of the Company in the
                                           interests of the Company in accordance with the Company's
                                           aims and objectives and has the right to represent the Company
                                           inside and outside the court.
                                           So the composition of the Company's Board of Commissioners
