Heads of Agreement and the Term Sheet in relation to the
potential sale of North Hub LNG to the Company and/or its
affiliates for the delivery period from 2029 through December
31, 2032 with an option to extend the delivery period through
December 31, 2038 (the “HOA & Term Sheet”).
