Ganal, Eni Ganal Deepwater Limited, Eni Ganal Limited, and
Tiptop Ganal Limited, have agreed on the Heads of Agreement
and the Term Sheet in relation to the potential sale of South
Hub LNG to the Company and/or its affiliates for the delivery
period from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2032 (the
“HOA & Term Sheet”).
