Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham yang diselenggarakan tanggal 6 Juni 2024, berdasarkan Penunjukan
Dewan Komisaris Tanggal Penunjukan Dewan Komisaris pada 30 April 2024, Tanggal tanda tangan perikatan kerja
pada 3 Mei 2024, Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono &
Rekan dengan Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Helli Isharyanto Budi Susetyo untuk melakukan audit
terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Maret 2024.

Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Helli Isharyanto Budi Susetyo To conduct an audit of the company's financial
statements ending on 31 March 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
In accordance with the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 6, 2024, based on the Appointment
of the Board of Commissioners Date of Appointment of the Board of Commissioners on April 30, 2024, Date of signature
of the work engagement on May 3, 2024, the Company decided to use the services of Public Accounting Firm Kanaka
Puradiredja, Suhartono & Partners with
Public Accountant (Signing Partner) Mr. Helli Isharyanto Budi Susetyo to audit the Company's financial statements for
the year ended March 31, 2024.
