We hereby inform you that on June 24, 2024, the Company has received a resignation reguest letter from Mr. Khairuddin Syahputra Harahap as Plantation Director of the Company. Permohonan pengunduran diri beliau akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham paling lambat dalam waktu 90 hari sejak diterimanya surat permohonan pengunduran diri Beliau. His resignation reguest will be decided at the General Meeting of Shareholders no later than within 90 days of receipt of his resignation reguest.
