1. Perseroan sebagai Pembeli: dan Penjual yang terdiri dari
West Natuna Energy Ltd (“WNEL"), Empyrean Energy Plc
(“Empyrean"), dan Coro Energy Duyung (Singapore) Pte
Ltd (“Coro”) telah menandatangani Gas Sales Agreement
Wilayah Kerja Duyung (“GSA”) pada tanggal 21 Juni 2024
dengan peruntukan gas untuk kelistrikan dan industri
sesuai dengan penetapan alokasi dan harga dari Menteri
Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (“Menteri ESDM”)
The Company as the Buyer: and the Sellers consisting of:
West Natuna Energy Ltd (“WNEL”), Empyrean Energy Plc
(“Empyrean'), and Coro Energy Duyung (Singapore) Pte
Ltd (“Coro") have signed the Gas Sales Agreement for the
Duyung Working Area ("GSA”) on June 21, 2024 with the
allocation of gas for electricity and industry in accordance
with the allocation and price determination of the Minister
of Energy and Mineral Resources (“Minister of ESDM”)
2. Periode penyaluran gas sejak tanggal dimulai (diperkirakan
1 November 2025) atau tanggal lain yang disepakati para
pihak sampai dengan terpenuhinya volume total kontrak
sebesar 122,77 TBTU (diperkirakan 15 Januari 2037)
Gas supply period starting from start date (estimated on
November 1, 2025) or another date agreed by the parties
until gas delivered under the GSA eguals to the total
contract guantity at 122,77 TBTU (estimated on January 15,
2037).

supply period.
